How we do it?

We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as Milieu Surveys (just search for it in the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand app stores if you’d like to give it a spin). The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

So, what about the role?

We are looking for a  driven and energetic Senior Business Development Manager to join our family and spearhead our sales initiatives in the Philippines.  Your responsibilities will include:


  1. Outbound Sales Outreach
  • Generating sales leads via personal contacts or lead generation platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Pitching our offerings to leads to land on-site pitch meetings with prospective clients
  • Supporting our regional management team across the sales cycle on important client prospects


  1. Inbound Sales Management
  • Managing inbound sales leads to maximise revenue potential upon conversion
  • Supporting our regional management team in sales follow-ups on major proposals, up to the point of sales conversion


  1. Client Servicing & Account Strategy
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to achieve contract renewals 
  • Selling new projects to existing clients to maximise our revenue base
  • Maintaining up-to-date and 


The role will include a base salary and an attractive sales commission package


What we’d like you to have

  • 5-7 years of working experience in a sales or client service role
  • Experience in selling data-related/market research solutions is preferred
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets is preferred
  • Working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Reasonable command of English
  • A knack for building strong relationships with clients
  • A keen and creative eye for sales opportunities
