Perceptions of sleep trackers in Southeast Asia

Sleep trackers have gained considerable popularity due to their ability to provide insightful data and analysis regarding one's sleep patterns, reflecting a growing appreciation for the importance of quality sleep in maintaining overall health and well-being, and perhaps a concerning issue of sleep problems linked to other health and wellness issues. In this study, we find out perceptions, adoption rates and motivations for using sleep trackers among Southeast Asian consumers.
