With a rapid growth during the pandemic, Gerald also shares his thoughts on maintaining an ideal company culture: “Someone once told me that culture eats strategy for lunch. No matter how good your strategy is, if you don’t have a good culture within your company, it’s never going to work out, you’ll never achieve your goals.”
