How we do it?

We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as Milieu Surveys.  The opinions shared by our community ofpanellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us togain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations,as well as their consumption habits. Clients access consumer insights and recommendations through our innovative, AI-enabled query and recommendation portal.

  • Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Digital & CRM

What You’ll Learn

This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience across the full spectrum of digital and brand marketing in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will gain exposure to:

  1. Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
    • Learn the fundamentals of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads: campaign setup, targeting, performance tracking, and optimization (CTR, CPC, CPL).
  2. CRM & Marketing Operations
    • Get hands-on training in HubSpot: forms, workflows, lead management, segmentation, UTM tracking, and reporting.
  3. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
    • Understand how to craft, adapt, and distribute content across multiple channels (social media, email, blog, website) to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  4. Product-Led Storytelling
    • Learn how to translate Milieu’s research products (Canvas, Portraits, Omnibus) into compelling case studies and marketing narratives.
  5. Events & Webinars
    • Support end-to-end marketing of webinars and events: landing pages, social posts, email campaigns, reminders, and post-event analysis.
  6. Marketing Analytics & Data Literacy
    • Develop the ability to read dashboards, interpret consumer data, and translate insights into actionable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), including creative asset coordination and performance monitoring.
  • Support CRM operations in HubSpot: building forms, managing contact lists, monitoring workflows, and generating weekly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets (social posts, newsletters, case studies, landing pages).
  • Contribute to SEO initiatives: keyword research, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, and basic performance checks.
  • Help manage webinars/events, from setup to post-event reporting.
  • Conduct campaign and content reporting to identify wins and areas for improvement.
  • Learn and communicate Milieu’s brand story and product value propositions to ensure consistent messaging.

Who You Are

  • Undergraduate student (Year 3–4) or equivalent, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Curious about digital marketing, data, and technology, with a growth mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Thai; able to summarize ideas clearly.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
