How we do it?

We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as Milieu Surveys(just search for it in the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand app stores if you’d like to give it a spin). The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

So, what aboutthe role?

As Senior Manager / Manager, Private Sector Enterprise Accounts, you will part of Milieu Enterprise — Milieu’s business practice serving corporate and commercial clients across industries. Based in Singapore, this role requires a blend of commercial drive, analytical thinking, and strong relationship management. You will lead client engagements, manage research delivery, and help grow Milieu’s presence in the private sector through data-driven storytelling and consultative partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Partnership & Account Growth

● Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients across sectors.
● Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and connecting them to Milieu’s datasolutions.
● Support pipeline generation, renewals, and account planning in collaboration with senior leads.

2. Research & Insight Delivery

● Oversee end-to-end research project - from brief development to insight presentation.
● Partner with research, analytics, and product teams to ensure solutions are actionable,on-brand, and aligned with business goals.
● Deliver strategic recommendations that drive marketing, brand, or innovation decisions.

3. Business Development & Proposal Support

● Contribute to proposal, pitches and case studies that demonstrate Milieu’s value proposition.
● Support marketing and thought leadership initiatives showcasing Milieu’s insights andtechnology.
● Identify opportunities to pilot new tools, data integrations, or research approaches withclients.

4. Collaboration & Mentorship

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and clientexperience.
● Coach junior executives and contribute to internal capability building.
● Champion Milieu’s culture of innovation, curiosity and collaboration.

What we’d like you to have

● 4 - 8 years experience in market research, consulting, or brand strategy, ideally in client-facing roles.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regional or enterprise accounts.
● Strong understanding of consumer insights, marketing strategy and data-driven storytelling.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Familiarity with digital research tools and data platforms is a plus.
