While other countries have announced full or partial lockdowns to curb the spread of Covid-19, the Singapore Government announced a “Circuit Breaker” instead. Are they the same to people? A Milieu poll in Singapore shows that most people (80%) think of the Circuit Breaker as a partial lockdown. What do you think?
