The unspoken blight on workplaces

At least 75% of workers in Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines and more than half of employees in Singapore report having come across workplace sexual harassment in the last five years, according to a Milieu Insight survey. And many workers cope by talking to their friends, rather than reporting such incidents because they felt nothing would be done about it.
