Internships are crucial for youths to gain real world experiences in the job market, and explore their choices before pursuing a career. Besides adapting two decades of education to hard skills at work, interns are also looking to gain soft skills and insights to the industry. We surveyed 2,875 youths across Southeast Asia to find out more about their internship expectations:
