Younger Singaporeans are changing the nature of the expectation of women's appearance in the workplace. Based on a Milieu poll, 78% of 16 to 29 year olds don't believe wearing makeup to work is important compared to 57% of those aged above 45. Are women still expected to appear a certain way at the workplace?
