It's not unusual to feel stressed at work, but unmanaged stress could potentially lead to burnout. In a regional study conducted by Milieu in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia, we found a disparity between what employees need in terms of mental well-being, and what employers are able to provide.
