Half of SG works overtime since the pandemic

In a Milieu Insight survey commissioned by The Straits Times, 61 per cent of middle managers polled said they have been putting in extra hours at work daily.
In contrast, only 49 per cent of directors and higher-ups surveyed clocked more time at work. Meanwhile, 54 percent of junior staff worked extended hours.
Of the workers who put in extra hours daily, more than half - 53 per cent - are looking to change their jobs this year (2022), the poll showed.
