We surveyed 2,500 full-time employees from Southeast Asia to find out how productivity levels in a typical work day vary, and what managers can fairly expect from employees while respecting their need for focus times and breaks.
Our survey found that the most productive timing for most employees fall between 8am-12.59pm. Considering this, employers could take note of when and for how long employees say they are productive so they can plan for the day accordingly. This means that employers should give employees the time and space to complete urgent tasks, or activities that require concentration.
