How we do it?

We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as Milieu Surveys (just search for it in the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand app stores if you’d like to give it a spin). The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

So, what about the role?

We are looking for a HR Senior Executive who will be based in Malaysia with the following key responsibilities:

Key roles

1. Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end hiring across SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia)
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify needs
  • Source, screen and assess candidates
  • Maintain recruitment reports and talent pipelines
2. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with SEA labor laws and HR policies
  • Coordinate with external vendors and HR service providers
3. Learning & Development
  • Organize onboarding sessions and training programs
  • Track training participation and support upskilling initiatives
4. Performance Management
  • Assist with performance review cycles and OKR tracking
  • Guide employees and managers through performance processes

5. Compensations & Benefits

  • Support salary benchmarking and benefits administration
  • Assist in reviewing and updating C&B policies to stay aligned with market trends and local regulations
6. Employee Relations
  • Be the first point of contact for HR matters and grievances
  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and engagement activities
7. Organizational Development
  • Contribute to HR projects that enhance team effectiveness and culture
  • Support change management and employee engagement initiatives

8. HR Strategy Support

  • Provide data-driven insights to Leadership team
  • Participate in workforce planning and process improvement efforts across departments
9. Ad Hoc Task
  • Support cross-functional HR projects and tasks as assigned
  • Asssist in any urgent or special HR-related requests from management

What we'd like you to have

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
  • 4-6 years experience across HR functions, ideally in regional or SEA context
  • Familiar with HRIS systems, recruitment tools, and local labor laws
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of executing operational excellence in HR Operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented professional services environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, "can do" attitude
