Opinions of Introducing LGBTQ+ Issues in Singapore Schools

Recent allegations against MOE that it had intervened in a transgender student's decision to undergo hormone therapy led to divided opinions on the place of LGBTQ+ members in Singapore schools, but with no conclusive answers. Should we then, be educating young Singaporeans on this topic?
