How an AdTech Platform Used Omnibus to Measure Campaign Impact for a Global Toy Brand

Challenge
A digital advertising platform in Indonesia needed to deliver proof of performance for a recently concluded campaign promoting a well-loved global toy brand. The campaign had run across multiple digital channels, targeting young families and gift buyers.

To validate effectiveness, the team needed to measure three core brand lift metrics:

  1. Ad recall – Did the audience remember seeing the campaign?

  2. Brand consideration – Did it make them think about buying?

  3. Purchase intent – Did it actually move them closer to a sale?

But time was tight. The campaign had just ended, and insights were urgently needed to wrap up reporting and demonstrate ROI to internal and client stakeholders. A full-scale custom brand tracker was out of scope due to budget and timelines.

Approach
We deployed a three-question brand lift module via our weekly Omnibus survey, targeting a nationally representative sample of consumers in Indonesia. The questions included:

  • “Do you recall seeing ads for this brand recently?”

  • “How likely are you to consider this brand when shopping?”

  • “How likely are you to purchase from this brand in the near future?”

By embedding these questions into our active Omnibus run, we captured fresh, post-campaign sentiment within days of the campaign ending—while consumer memory was still fresh and behavior measurable.
