Milieu's speaks at Quant UX Con 2024
Our COO, Stephen Tracy and Head of Research Innovation, Antarika Sen, PhD, represented Milieu at Quant UX Con 2024, a worldwide conference dedicated to Quantitative Research.Their talk took us through the transformative applications of Generative AI (GEN AI) in quantitative consumer research projects, with a special focus on thematic analysis of open-ended responses. It shed light (with examples) on how an untrained eye can work better with different Gen AI models (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude) to get optimal results, while emphasising the critical importance of maintaining a discerning mindset and being vigilant about potential flaws and limitations of Gen AI.
