How we do it?

We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as Milieu Surveys (just search for it in the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand app stores if you’d like to give it a spin). The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

So, what about the role?

The Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager will lead brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and integrated marketing execution for our Decision Intelligence (DI) solution narrative and key products; Portrait, BrandVantage and Templated Study.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and insight: driving awareness of our new positioning in the DI category, while ensuring every campaign and asset is anchored in measurable impact. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Research, and Commercial teams to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that build brand equity and generate commercial outcomes.

Key roles

1. Brand Positioning & Storytelling
  • Define and articulate the Decision Intelligence (DI) narrative and ensure it's consistently embedded across all marketing and GTM touchpoints.
  • Own the brand positioning and messaging frameworks for Portrait, BrandVantage, and Templated Study, ensuring each aligns with the overarching DI story.
  • Translate customer and market insights into differentiated proof points and messaging that highlight the value of DI solutions.
  • Work with Product and Research to capture customer impact stories and integrate them into brand and campaign assets.
  • Safeguard tone of voice, identity, and message consistency across campaigns, content, and channels.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that communicate the DI value proposition and drive awareness, engagement, and demand across digital, content, social, and events.
  • Own the campaign roadmap and GTM plans for Portrait, BrandVantage, and Templated Study, aligning them to commercial priorities and market opportunities.
  • Work with the Head of Digital to integrate paid and owned channel strategies, and with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign tracking and reporting accuracy.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and post-launch reviews to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Work with agencies or freelancers for creative or media execution where needed.
3. Integrated Marketing Analytics (IMA)
  • Lead the content strategy and editorial calendar to ensure all content aligns with the DI positioning and product campaigns.
  • Provide clear creative briefs, direction, and feedback to the Content Executive and Designer, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all outputs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of PR & Branding on narrative-led content (e.g., thought leadership, category stories) and with the Head of Digital on performance content (e.g., landing pages, ads, social).
  • Oversee production of campaign assets including articles, case studies, infographics, sales collateral, and website content.
  • Ensure all content is insight-driven and optimized for both awareness and conversion.
4. Integrated Marketing Analytics (IMA)
  • Define performance frameworks and KPIs across awareness, engagement, and pipeline metrics for all campaigns.
  • Work with Digital team to maintain robust data tracking, dashboarding, and attribution models.
  • Analyze campaign and content performance to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate marketing insights into strategic recommendations for future DI and product-level initiatives.
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Monitor competitors, category trends, and emerging opportunities within Decision Intelligence and adjacent research/insights markets.
  • Synthesize findings from customer feedback, win/loss data, and external benchmarks to inform brand and campaign strategies.
  • Share regular market insights and recommendations with Product, Commercial, and Leadership teams to guide GTM planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 8 or more years of experience in brand, campaign, or integrated marketing - ideally in tech, SaaS, or data-driven industries.
  • Strong background in developing brand positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market campaigns that connect strategy to measurable impact.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional campaigns across digital, social, content, and events.
  • Confident in interpreting marketing analytics to guide creative and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset - comfortable working with Product, Research, and Commercial teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
