How we do it?

We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as Milieu Surveys(just search for it in the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand app stores if you’d like to give it a spin). The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

So, what aboutthe role?

As Senior Manager / Manager, Public Sector Enterprise Accounts, you will play a key role in Milieu Public — Milieu’s dedicated government and public sector practice — supporting the growth, delivery, and adoption of Milieu’s proprietary tools across public agencies. Based in Singapore, this role blends client servicing, project leadership, and strategic execution. You will manage research engagements, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful insights that inform public policy, communication, and citizen engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Manage key public sector accounts, serving as the main point of contact for project execution and delivery.
- Support account growth through strong client relationships, renewal opportunities, and proactive engagement.
- Translate client objectives into actionable research designs and deliverables that align with Milieu’s capabilities.

2. Project & Research Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with research and analytics teams to design studies, interpret findings, and deliver clear, data-driven insights.
- Uphold data quality, compliance, and confidentiality standards consistent with public sector requirements.

3. Business Development & Pipeline Support
- Support the team in identifying and developing new opportunities within the public sector ecosystem.
- Contribute to tender responses, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives that elevate Milieu’s positioning
- Participate in outreach sessions and presentations to strengthen Milieu’s profile among agencies.

4. Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Partner with senior team members on strategic accounts and platform integration projects.
- Share insights, feedback, and ideas to improve workflows, knowledge sharing and client engagement.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

What we’d like you to have

● 4 - 8 years experience in market research, strategy, or consulting, preferably in public sector clients.
● Strong grasp of government procurement processes and communication frameworks.
● Proven track record in managing project and client relationships independently.
● Proficiency in research design, analytics interpretation and storytelling through data.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
