Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to support our growing sales organisation. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, accurate reporting, and operational excellence across all sales teams. You’ll be the backbone that keeps our sales engine running efficiently — enabling our sales leaders and account teams to focus on what they do best: driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM data integrity (HubSpot / SalesForce) — ensuring all opportunities, contacts, and activities are accurate and up to date.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports, including pipeline analysis and forecasting support.
- Coordinate sales processes, from proposal submissions to client onboarding, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
- Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and tender submissions in collaboration with account teams.
- Support the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Leads in monitoring KPIs, commission tracking, and revenue recognition.
- Liaise with Finance and Operations teams to reconcile billing, contracts, and invoicing.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation or workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Manage shared sales resources such as case studies, templates, and credential decks.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or administrative support — ideally within a media, insights, or SaaS environment.
- Proficient in Hubspot, SalesForce, Excel/GoogleSheets, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Strong organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
